I try to maintain a sense of humor as I search the line between craft and art. But it’s a serious world out there. Ever present in my work is a consciousness of how others will relate to the object; it is incomplete until it is touched, used, or played with by another. I see the constraint of function not as a limitation but rather a vast land for discovery and an invitation to interact.
